How do I place an order?
Once you find the item you would like to purchase and click on it to go to the products page. On the product page you can select your size, color etc and add it to your cart. If you have completed your shopping experience with PIB go and CHECK OUT…Make payment and wait for your confirmation.
What happens after I place an order?
When you place an order…You will receive a confirmation processing email making you aware that we have received your order. PIB then fills the order and ships items within 7 to 10 days of receipt. Once the order is shipped you will then receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.
How long does it take to receive the products I order?
When purchasing items you should allow at least 10 business days for your shipment to arrive depending on the type of shipping you choose.
In stock items will be shipped out of inventory within 7 business days.
Pre Orders will take 14 to 21 business days before it’s shipped but you will be notified when your order has been filled and shipped as we will ship items immediately upon arrival.
There will be different shipping options such as Next Day, Two Day etc.
NOTE: If you have a Need Date for an item please contact PIB directly to ensure the items are in stock and your order can be expedited.
How will my items be shipped?
Majority of our items will be shipped via USPS Priority.
Pre Orders will be mailed upon arrival of items. Allow at least 14 days from your purchase date before the item is shipped. On the date of product arrival which will be stated…Your item will be shipped and depending on the shipping you purchased will determine when you receive the items.
Is the information I send over the internet safe?
YES…All the information you send over is strictly confidential and is protected by our SSL certified website. Our site is secured and your info will be safe with us. We do not store CC info.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the order of your status by referencing your Tracking # provided by us. If you have any problems tracking the items please contact us directly.
What if an item is not available?
If the item is SOLD OUT it will most likely state that on the site. If you have a question about a specific item and want to know if we will restock or how you can purchase we will be happy to help you.
How do I find the correct size?
Please reference the Size Chart when figuring out your necessary size. Most items are true to fit unless otherwise stated in the Description.
What is One Size Fits Most?
One Size Fits Most normally fits a regular Small, Medium and sometimes Large. The Thick Size version may fit a regular Medium, Large and Extra Large. IT DOES NOT FIT ALL…IT FITS MOST.
What type of payment is accepted?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX on PIB. At our Pop Up Shops and in person displays we will also accept Cash and Debit.
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Our PIB Gift Card can be used for all in stock items. PIB Gift Cards can be purchased via the website and used at online or at any Pop Up Shop.
Do you ship internationally?
YES…PIB does ship internationally. Please note there may be a higher shipping rate for international orders.
What is the Return Policy?
Platinum Image Boutique does NOT accept returns for refund OR exchange. ALL items purchased on our site are FINAL SALE. In the rare event your item is defective please contact our Platinum Customer Specialists. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES…EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE!

We will review and send you a replacement of the defective item. If for some reason the item is out of stock we will refund the amount of the defective item or happily exchange the item.
